Footcare

Comfort and balance start with your feet.

Daily wellbeing starts with comfortable movement..

Foot discomfort often develops gradually. What may begin as fatigue, pressure or sensitivity can influence how you move and how comfortable daily activities feel.

At Bodyfrequence Health and Footcare, I offer non-medical aesthetic footcare and wellbeing support, focused on comfort, relaxation and daily ease of movement.

Where necessary, referral to qualified healthcare professionals is always advised.

Do you recognise this?

Your feet feel tired at the end of the day

Standing or walking feels less comfortable

You notice pressure areas, callus or sensitivity

Your feet feel overloaded from work, sport or daily life

Even without clear pain, your body may feel out of balance or less at ease during movement.

Foot wellbeing session

What can you expect

Each session starts with attention and a personal conversation about your daily activities and how your feet feel.

During the session, I look at general comfort, foot use and daily movement patterns in a supportive, non-medical way.

Based on this, I offer practical advice and supportive care adapted to your daily needs.

My background includes 22 years of experience in footcare practice in the Netherlands.

This background supports my current work in non-medical footcare and wellbeing in Spain.
